Logudice v Continental C. Express

After a jury trial, Joseph Logudice was awarded in excess of $125,000 arising out of an automobile accident. The defendants claimed that they had subrosa video tapes which controverted Logudice’s injury claims, but were not allowed to present the tapes as, despite request therefore, they had not turned them over in discovery.
